The Nemo Garden

Bio Synthetic Modulation Experiment, Tiburon, California, 1997

An interactive installation designed as a homeopathic remedy for the modern industrial world. Installation elements included blue Astroturf, plastic ruble, clear polyethylene tarp, fluorescent lights, and a 'sit-n-spin'. Participants were asked to stand or sit on the 'sit-n-spin' and twist side to side while wearing an experimental helmet designed as a 'biosynthetic conductive element' transducing biological and synthetic counter rotating fields through the opposing twists of the participant's body. Transduction acting as a harmonizing instrument sifting the physical and psychic material producing a purified and harmonized field core.
